Weather resistant: Wind-driven rain resistance. Resists moisture intrusion from rainwater penetration. Water absorption rates 98.1 mi./h wind driving rain.
Washed, baked super clean sand – eliminates dust and debris to promote superior adhesion and cohesion.
Hydrophobic: Promotes water repellency and water retention. Helps to prevent efflorescence, mold and promotes ease of installation.
Invisible Microfibers: Promotes water retention during the application and curing process, minimizing cracks due to rapid contraction and increased flexibility.
Dry Polymers: Promote a stronger bond, flexibility, and water-repellency.
Iron Oxide and other quality powder pigments promote color fade resistance.
Water-Soluble Color Packs – promote easy mixing and eliminate airborne and spillage waste.
Price point is only slightly higher than conventional stucco color coat.
Other Conventional Brands
Only have 3 components – sand, cement and lime.
Use round, regular and not super clean sand which doesn’t provide the interlocking effect, making stucco brittle and causing appearance of spider cracks
Have a shorter lifespan, as they are non-hydrophobic with no added polymers or additional components.
